  • Projects on a Component-by-Component Basis as set out in detailed written proposals with matching LOUs,

  • Hourly, Daily or Weekly Rate Service Retainers accompanied by MOUs to describe your expectations,

  • Fixed-Fee Arrangements drawn-up in service of tightly specified tasks,

  • Straight Percentage Fees (with Caps) based on value delivered, and

  • Sliding Scale Percentage Fees based on Value Delivered

As a rule, we also use separate Non-Disclosure Agreements. When there is a lot of up-front work performed before we come to terms, we also draft a Goodwill Agreement to clarify each of our expectations.
