Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities is only part of what we do. The other part of our work -- perhaps the more important part -- is the way we empower your people. We give them the critical skills and insights they need to continually improve your operations, and to undertake progressive organizational learning initiatives.
- With every engagement, we work to develop tools for your staff (including spreadsheets, databases, manuals, job aids, training kits, instruction sets, written procedures, decision matrices, etc.), and to pass on to your people everything they need to know, to move forward after we have moved on.
- We often prefer to have one or two of your staff work closely with us as "Project Coordinators", so they can learn along the way, and so they can provide you with a third eye on our work. They can also give you trusted confirmation of our findings -- so that we will never have to ask you to take a leap of faith.
- We also work very closely with your financial managers, to quantify and qualify the dollar savings and or gains that we have accomplished through our work for you -- so you'll never have to "take our word for it".
- Any time we see something new -- an opportunity for improvement, or perhaps a previously undetected risk, we are always sure to bring it to your attention. This way, we can get your people thinking in all the right directions they need to, so they can protect and serve your organization's best interests.
